Formula: Who + When + What + Goal
Examples:
James Jack from Los Angeles hopes to pass the interview for a Google engineer position on October 12, 2025.
James Jack from Los Angeles hopes to successfully sign the server procurement contract during the negotiation with Microsoft on October 12, 2025.
Maria from Toronto hopes to receive a promotion to Senior Designer at her current firm by December 31, 2026, with a salary increase of no less than $15,000.
After the Ritual
A career wish is only as powerful as the action that follows. The ritual is the opening — the work is the body.
