Health & Wellbeing Wish Ritual
A 12-minute ritual for wishes concerning personal health, recovery, and wellbeing — body, mind, and spirit.
A note before you begin
Voxcle is a secular practice platform. We do not offer medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If your wish relates to a medical condition, please also work with qualified professionals. This ritual is a complement to, not a replacement for, evidence-based care.
Opening (2 minutes)
Sit quietly. Place one hand on your heart and one on your abdomen. Breathe slowly for one minute.
The Wish (3 minutes)
Write your wish using the Who + When + What + Goal formula. For health wishes:
- Who: Yourself, or a person you have explicit permission to wish for.
- When: Avoid arbitrary deadlines — wellbeing unfolds on its own timeline.
- What: Focus on qualities (vitality, ease, restful sleep) rather than specific outcomes.
- Goal: How will you feel differently? What will you be able to do?
The Chant (2 minutes)
Read your wish aloud, then recite the chant three times:
Om Ah Hong Hong Om Ah Om Hong Ah Om Ah Hong
Visualization (3 minutes)
Close your eyes. Imagine yourself, fully well.
- See yourself doing something you love, with energy and ease.
- Feel your body grateful, rested, and capable.
Stay with that image.
Closing (2 minutes)
Speak a sentence of gratitude aloud. Write it down. Place it where you will see it each morning.
When the wish is fulfilled
Close your vow. Note that “fulfilled” for health wishes often means partial shifts — a single ritual is rarely a complete answer. Honor what has shifted, however small.
This ritual is a complement to professional medical and mental health care, not a substitute.
